Refund Request Form -  A full refund will be issued any time prior to the end of registration. Once registration closes all refunds will be minus a $35 administrative fee. There will be no refunds once games begin or due to game cancelations, regardless of the cause. No refunds will be issued for tournament fees. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded at any time. 

Team Sponsorship Form - For teams who received sponsorship from corporate sponsors or local businesses, Please read the form for specific rules and guidelines of the Team Sponsorship program.
